Do you clean windows, walls, or ceilings?We offer window cleaning and can wipe down walls or ceiling corners upon request. These services may incur an additional fee depending on the scope. Just let us know in advance if you’d like to include them!

Will I get reminders about my appointment?Yes! Our scheduling system will automatically send you a reminder the day before your service when you book through our website, including an estimated arrival time! Pure Bliss Cleaners will also notify you via text prior to your cleaning.

Does your clients need to sign a contract?We don’t lock you into long-term contracts. You can book our services as needed, with no strings attached!

What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?We take great care in every home we clean. In the rare event that something is damaged, we’ll document it, send you a detailed report with photos, and work with you to make it right.

What is your pet policy?We love pets! Your furry friends are welcome to stay home while we clean. However, if our team feels uncomfortable around your pet, we may ask you to secure them in a separate area for everyone’s safety. If additional cleaning is required due to pet-related messes (fur, accidents, etc.), an extra cleaning fee will apply.

That’s why we’ve introduced our "Furry Friend Tax," an additional $20 fee for homes with excessive pet hair. If your furry friend sheds a lot or if there are multiple pets, this fee may apply to ensure a thorough and high-quality clean. How much do your cleaning services cost?Our pricing is based on the space size (square footage) and the scope of the cleaning needed. Do you recommend a yearly spring cleaning?While not required, we highly recommend scheduling an annual deep spring clean to refresh your home and tackle areas that might not get as much attention throughout the year.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?Not at all! Many of our clients provide us with access instructions ahead of time. Whether you’re home or away, rest assured our team will treat your space with care and professionalism.

Do you close on holidays?We are closed on major holidays, including: • New Year’s Day • Mother’s Day • Memorial Day • Father’s Day • Independence Day (July 4th) • Labor Day • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Eve • Christmas Day If you’d still like to schedule a cleaning on one of these days, we will be able to accommodate your request for an additional 20% holiday service fee.
